We all dream, each and every night.

Whether they are recalled or not, your dreams are quietly at work: reflecting your waking life, processing your lived experiences, and offering guidance for what's ahead. DREAMSPACE is a three-session series held in person at Gasworks Studio, Bristol, where you'll learn to work with your dreams directly - through experiential, scientifically grounded, and ancient dreamwork techniques.

Each session stands alone, so you're welcome to join for one session, but together they build a more comprehensive, layered relationship with your dream life: from foundational skills, to a map of your unique patterns, to the future pathways you might take.

1 · Dream Skills

Build the foundations. Journalling techniques, dream recall practice, sleep health, and the neuroscience of sleep, understanding how and when dreams actually take place, so you can start working with yours.

2 · Dream Map

Zoom out. Explore the broader perspective of your dreams across your life by noticing the recurring themes, patterns, and the dream signs that reveal what your dreaming consciousness keeps returning to.

3 · Dream Pathways

Choose your direction. An exploration of the many ways dreamwork can be approached, such as psychological integration, optimising rest and wellbeing, a source of creativity, exploring lucid dreaming and dreams of clarity as a spiritual practice.

What to Expect

Movement, music and meditation, relaxation, visualisation and connection: each session guides you through restful, restorative exercises that incubate luminous dreams, allowing you to identify dreams you'll take home and keep working with.

Every session moves through three stages:

Preparation
Arrive, settle, and get orientated - a welcome introduction to the practices, where they come from, and how they're used.

Participation
Gentle Qigong movements to warm the body and open the flow of energy, guided Yoga Nidra and meditation for relaxation and visualisation, and a sound journey to explore Active Imagination and experience long-wave brainwave states.

Integration
Reflective space for journaling and recording what came up, guidance on working with what you experienced, and an invitation (never an obligation) to share in an open circle.

Who This Is For

Dreamspace is designed for accessibility and inclusivity, whether you never remember your dreams, you’re already an active dreamer, or you simply want to get a good night’s rest, you are warmly invited. Come explore the role dreams play in your life, build a conscious relationship with them, and practise techniques for inducing intentional, creative and lucid dreams.

If ticket cost is a barrier, please reach out directly. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.

Come Prepared

Cushions and blankets are provided, but bring what you need to be warm and comfortable while sitting or lying down: a mat, extra layers, cushions, blankets, an eye mask if you have one. Paper and pens are provided for reflection, or bring your own journal.
