Time to take the first stepOver 10 years guiding creatives, practitioners and dreamworkers.
This is for people who are already doing the work but still feel something is missing. Artists looking to reignite their creativity, practitioners who are integrating new ways of working, and people in the middle of a transition.
Mentoring is a creative and reflective space. Drawing on depth psychology, transpersonal perspectives, and the innate wisdom that often surfaces when we make time to slow down and listen to the images, patterns, dreams, and resistances that appear in our lives.
Mentoring is not therapy, though it is not entirely separate from it either. Using evidence-backed techniques, we co-create a welcoming, expansive space that is grounded in your own creative and psychological life.
-
Each mentoring relationship finds its own shape, but there are threads that run throughout all of them. Curiosity about what your creative life is actually telling you, bringing attention to the images, symbols and patterns that keep appearing, space to think out loud without judgement, and a gentle but honest challenge when it’s needed.
Alongside conversation, we might draw on image-making, dreamwork, reflective writing, working with found objects, meditations and visualisations. Each of these ways of working is offered as a means to access what words alone sometimes can’t reach.

I bring my background in Transpersonal Psychology (MSc), my ongoing training as an Art Psychotherapist (MA), my own sustained creative practice, and my professional experience as a facilitator, mentor in everything we do in this work. More information on my experience can be found here.

I offer both single, structured programmes, and ongoing mentorship options depending on what’s needed.
Typically we begin with a consultation call to discuss options for working together. Each session is 50 minutes, with a focus decided upon beforehand.
For those who want more continuity, ongoing sessions are available at a regular rhythm (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly) without a fixed end point. This suits people who are in a longer creative professional transition, or who simply value having a consistent reflective space.
-
Each session is charged at £50. Options for concessions and discounts when booking multiple sessions are available on request.
-
Sessions are available in person in Bristol, UK, or online via video call.
Each session is 50 minutes. An initial 20-minute conversation is provided for free as this is a chance for us both to sense if and how we might work together.
