Dreamwork
We spend a third of our lives sleeping, and roughly a third of that time dreaming.
Let’s explore the art and science of dreamwork.
Pathway 1 Single Sessions
A single 75-minute dreamwork session is available to explore a specific dream or to try out the work before committing to more.
Pathway 2A Dreamwork Series
Three or six sessions to be held weekly or fortnightly. This pathway allows for incremental work to unfold by tracking recurring imagery, noticing dream signs and sequences, and understanding your dream consciousness over time.
Pathway 3Dreamwork & Mentoring Combined
Many people find that dreamwork and mentoring naturally weave together. If this feels relevant for you, we can build a programme that holds both.
Pathway 4Dream Circles
Not interpretation, but appreciation. Dream circles are an opportunity to dive deeper into the varieties of dream phenomena, experiences, and symbolism by tending to them in a supportive community container.
Circles are limited to six members and meet online on a fortnightly basis at an agreed time.
If you would like to request a place in the next round of dream circles, then please get in contact, and you will be notified when one becomes available.

There is more to dreamwork than recalling a recent dream, such as considering overall sleep science and techniques to improve the conditions to help with dream recall.
Testimonial“One recurring dream that happened again last night after your workshop. I remembered to reality-check, and for the first time I experienced becoming lucid, it was beautiful, the way the water looked with sunlight reflecting off it, and how real it felt to touch…just incredible. Thank you.”
— Sophie, Former Dreamwork Member
Sleep is one of the core pillars of health and wellbeing, and dreamwork is fundamental in this process.
My approach to dreamwork is integrative and pluralistic. It draws on:
Neuroscience of Sleep & Dreams
How to optimise sleep health, why we dream, the role of memory and emotions as they are processed during sleep, and what this means for how we relate to and understand dream material.
Dream Tending
Establishing a relationship between waking, dreaming, and sleeping states of consciousness to unlock their holistic, integrative function.
Transpersonal & Depth Psychology
The symbolic life of consciousness, dreams in the process of individuation, and the use of meditation, Yoga Nidra, and visualisations as a way of engaging directly with dream figures and imagery.
Cross-Cultural Perspectives
Dreams are understood and worked with across traditions throughout the world. We can explore these practices with care, respect and reverence to help position our unique dream lives in a broader context.
Instead of competing frameworks, each of these perspectives informs the other. Together they allow for a holistic dreamwork practice that is psychologically grounded and transpersonal by nature.
