Midday Meditation

 

A moment to cultivate calm, find stillness and spaciousness. Reconnect with where you are before continuing with your day.

A simple guided mindfulness meditation will be offered, suitable for beginners and experienced mediators alike.

The purpose of this midday, midweek meditation session is to invite a bit more wellbeing into your day. Providing you with straightforward and accessible techniques for you to use in your own time, in your own space.

We will focus our awareness on the breath, and there will also be an invitation to explore a given topic chosen each week.

The session is offered freely, though there is a donation-based option if you are in a position to support the sessions financially.

Once enrolled, you will be given access to the class through a Zoom link.
